• Sciatica & Bereavement

     “ My  name is Christine and I would like to tell you of mine and my husband Barry’s experiences with EFT.

It was my husband who was first introduced to EFT by a friend, he had sciatica in his back for over 10 months, had tried chiropractors, doctors, herbal medicines to no avail and then he heard about EFT.

Being a person who does not believe that anything like that works he was truly skeptical but desperate to be relieved of pain. Marie came to see him and told him about EFT and then began the treatment.Afterwards when Marie had gone we were sitting having our evening meal , he just said ‘ I can’t believe this but I’ve got no pain!’ – and is still pain free to this day.

My experience with EFT is totally different – in May of last year my youngest daughter passed away, of course the grief was unimaginable, you can’t explain to anyone that you never expect to out-live your children , not only was I suffering grief but the most overwhelming feelings of guilt. My GP had put me on anti depressants to help me cope with things but the only thing I couldn’t cope with was guilt. My husband was desperate to help me, so asked marie to come and see me.

What did EFT do for me- it helped me to talk, talk, talk about my feelings , things I had never spoke to anyone about, things that were bottled up inside and I couldn’t get out. EFT helped me realize I had nothing to feel guilty about and I had done everything a mother could possibly do.

I’m still on anti depressants for my day to day life but the feelings of guilt have now passed and I am able to get on with my life to the best of my ability, of course there’s still bad days ( as there is with all bereavement )

But I am now able to focus on the happy times spent with my daughter and not the negative feelings of guilt.

I would recommend EFT to anyone, even if you’re a sceptic like my husband, give it a try- what have you got to lose !!!! !”
